- Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are delivered via Canada Post and are insured for the safe delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the delivery time of your order due to circumstances beyond our control but will ensure that your order is processed and delivered to Canada Post for delivery within the timeframe specified. Please click here for information on our shipping rates and processing times.
Please ensure that you have entered a correct address in the shipping field. We will deliver to the exact address you specify. If a shipment is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address, non receipt of goods, or any other circumstance in which the shipment is sent back to us, you will be charged for the return delivery plus an additional delivery fee to send it back out again.
- Orders for Pickup
- If you are in Toronto or surrounding region, you may pick up any of our products in-person at Inspired Life Health Centre, 320 Danforth Avenue, Toronto. Please visit www.inspiredlife.ca/map for our location, directions and business hours. Please call 416-461-8688 before you visit to ensure that we have enough stock to cover your requirements.

- Returns & Replacements
- Please understand that since our products are food-based and intended for consumption by children, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless there is a manufacturer's defect or product recall. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to placing your order.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept Visa and Mastercard payments. All prices are subject to change without notice. We are shoppers too, so we understand how frustrating it can be when you buy something just to find that it goes on sale a few days later. That's why we have a price guarantee. If you purchase a product and the price goes down within 7 calendar days, let us know, and we will gladly issue you a refund for the difference.
- Viewing Orders
- You can always view your prior orders by logging into your account. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of recent orders. For your convenience, you can also click on the Reorder button (top right) to quickly place the same products in your shopping cart.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account information, log into your account, and then click on any of the My Account links on the left side of the screen. Keeping your account up to date will ensure that there are no errors on the delivery or processing of your order.
