*All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days unless you choose our Express Processing option where your order is handled the same (if order is placed before 12pm Eastern time) or next business day. Please note that delivery times to your location vary depending on where you reside. Most areas within Canada will receive their order within 1 to 2 business days after it is shipped, however, there are some areas which may take up to 5 or more business days; these areas include locations in Western Canada (British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Alberta), rural routes, Northern Canada (Nunavut, NWT, Yukon) and some Eastern Provinces. Please contact us if you would like to know the delivery time to your location by providing us with the products you wish to order along with your complete delivery address and contact information PRIOR to completing your order. At each stage of your order, you will receive email updates notifying you of the status of your order.

Example #1: An order from BC is placed on Monday, January 1, with Standard Processing. The order may be processed and shipped as late as Monday, January 8 (5 business days). The shipment takes 5 business days in transit via Canada Post Expedited Shipping and arrives at the delivery address on Monday, January 15.

Example #2: An order from BC is placed on Monday, January 1, with Express Processing. The order may be processed and shipped as late as Tuesday, January 2 (1 business day). The shipment takes 5 business days in transit via Canada Post Expedited Shipping and arrives at the delivery address on Tuesday, January 9.
